For schools, universities, corporations and community based organizations we offer consultation services in the area of program and curriculum development. This is done utilizing our three step approach
Step 1: Assessment of need and strengths on the micro, macro, and mezzo levels
Step 2: Recommendations for intervention and support
Step 3: Collaboration to create programs and program content that are solutions to identified problems.

Mental Health Literacy
A mental health challenge is anything that impacts your ability to Live, Learn, Love and Laugh, Our Mental Health Literacy workshop is created to make educating individuals about mental health digestible and relatable! In this workshop we demystify mental health, educate and empower participants with the information needed to identify, prevent and//or seek support. Workshop objectives include:
- Identify stressors and symptoms related to mental health
- Identify feelings, thoughts and behaviors associated with those experiences
- Explore common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and trauma
- Education on accessing mental health care and treatment
- Develop communication skills and boundaries to better support mental health needs
Trauma-Informed Schools
Community Based Organizations
The purpose of our Trauma Informed Schools/Community Based Organizations workshop is to further inform educators (and public servants) of the various types and causes of trauma. Additionally, this workshop explores the impact that trauma has on individuals, families and communities with a specific focus on the impact of COVID-19 (and virtual learning for those in schools settings). Workshop objectives include:
- Define the different types of trauma
- Develop an understanding of the domains of trauma impairment that impact children
- Identify the potential effects of trauma including stressors and symptoms
- Develop trauma informed responses that support trauma informed school and organizational practices
- Engage in self-reflection and identify personal and professional experiences that contribute to intervention and management
